Halloween Parties

With COVID guidelines, our Halloween parties will look a little different this year.  Teachers in collaboration with their students, will plan their parties.  Teachers are asking that each student contribute $3.00 for food.  All food must be individually packaged and there will be no sharing of food. Therefore, teachers will be making this purchase. So, please do not send in food for the party.  Any questions, please talk to your child’s teacher.  Your child’s teacher will reach out to you soon to communicate more in depth.

Costume Expectations

  • Students will wear their costumes to school but must wear them OVER their clothes

  • No Violent or bloody costumes

  • No Toy weapons (plastic or cardboard)

  • No props

  • Halloween Masks only for classroom pictures (at teacher discretion in the classroom).  Please do not wear Halloween mask on the bus or walking in/out of the building.

  • Unfortunately, no public/parent parade this year but teachers are working to create a way to share with parents. More information to come!

  • Students do not have to dress up but can still participate in the parties.

**Please Note:

If your family does not celebrate Halloween, we will have an alternate activity in the library for the morning (during the party).  Let your child’s teacher know if you will participate in our alternate activity.
